Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime in Settings. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing cycle, then automatically downgrade to the Free plan.
What payment methods are supported?
We support Alipay, WeChat Pay, and corporate bank transfers. Enterprise plans can sign annual contracts with invoices.
Is there a trial?
The Product Team plan includes a 14-day free trial with no payment method required. After the trial, you can choose to pay or downgrade to the Free plan.
Who owns the data?
You own all your data. You can export everything at any time, including app info, version history, user feedback, and analytics. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data.
